April 7, 2009 – Day 97Today was the first day this year that I didn’t wear or carry (in my bag) my scarf and mitts to work. The mittens are many years old but they’re still toasty warm on the coldest of winter days so I can’t bear to part with them to buy new ones - but I have absolutely no problem putting them away for the next seven or eight months!
I wonder if I dare put them away yet?!
I think that we are in the safe zone now, mind you I've only put away one of my heaters here, a just incase! Hey maybe you could put only one mitten away, keep one with you for a just incase! lol
ReplyDeletePut em' away. The Oilers were officially eliminated from the playoffs last night. That is a sure sign spring is here, it's pretty much a tradition the last few years.
