December 24, 2009 – Day 358Christine and Ian introduced us to the Tim Tam Slam tonight. Ian demonstrated as Christine explained, then we all gave it a try. To enjoy a Tim Tam Slam: bite off diagonal corners of Tim Tam cookies and suck coffee through one of the bitten ends. The cookie melts from the inside out and you quickly eat it before it dissolves completely. Fun! The Tim Tam Slam is an Australian tradition.
I had never even heard of Tim Tam cookies before, but this sounds really good!
