Cookie Dough

December 14, 2009 – Day 348

I’m not planning to do a whole lot of baking for Christmas but I do want to do some. I started today by baking a batch of 56 good-sized chocolate chip cookies. I took quite a few pictures of the process from beginning to end but I kind of like this one of the cookie dough.

    This looks like cookie dough ice cream. I love this photo! I'm going to have to show it to Terry... he was telling me how him and Shayne used to grab handfuls of my cookie dough out of the big silver bowl and take off and eat it! lol

    I totally remember doing that Mom!

    Interesting thing I learned the other day. The reason cookie dough can often taste better than the cookies is a lot of the flavors can end up evaporating in the baking process.
