December 13, 2009 – Day 347I made 132 potato/cottage cheese filled perogies today - and I’m very happy to say that (unless something unexpected comes up) this is the last batch I’ll have to make until sometime next year!

Wow that is a lot of perogies to make! I can only imagine how many hours you spent on them.
