I want to learn how to make healthier breads such as: multigrain, whole wheat, seed breads and sourdough so I ordered a couple of bread cookbooks to help teach me. I’m also hoping to take a multigrain breadmaking class or two at the Bosch Kitchen Centre with one or two of my sisters in March or April. I would even like to learn to mill my own flour. One of the lawyers at work (on another team) does all that and she’s a great inspiration to me! She has both of these cookbooks, recommended them and even loaned me “Whole Grain Breads” over the weekend. I loved it so I ordered a copy (of both) for myself.
