Scalloped Potatoes

Day 58

I tried a new recipe for scalloped potatoes today. It has bacon, swiss cheese and parmesan in it and is delicious. I won’t do a double batch in this size pan again – it was too much and spilled over while it was baking. I definitely have to clean the oven now!     Looks delicious! Too bad it spilt over though, do you have a self cleaning oven?
