We had a storm come through late this afternoon. When it began, the winds were strong and I thought we may have a repeat of the devastating storm that tore through the city on July 18th. However this storm turned out to be short lived and uneventful. It was actually refreshing after our hot 30C day.

However this storm turned out to be short lived and uneventful. It was actually refreshing after our hot 30C day.
Holy cow, what a spooky looking cloud! I was in Calgary when it came through. There was a lot of lightning, winds and rain but it wasn't as bad as the July 18th storm either.
